Non-Religious Naming Day

Naming Days

Naming ceremonies are a wonderful way to celebrate the birth of your child, welcome an adoptive child, or embrace stepchildren into your family.

I can help you organize a day to suit your particular child and their family, from small ceremonies in your home to more personalized venues of your choice.

During the ceremony you, as parents, state your love and commitment to your child and declare hopes for their future.

Just like a traditional "christening day", You can choose family members or friends to make promises to your child to be “guide-parents” and perhaps include a symbolic action such as planting a tree or writing on a wish tree.

This can also be a precious moment within a  wedding ceremony should you wish to include children or grandchildren.

Whatever your dreams for your child's special day may be, be confident that together, we can make them come true.

Transgender Naming Ceremonies

Beauty Begins The Moment You Decide To Be Yourself

Changing one's name can be one of the most meaningful steps for a trans or gender nonconforming person in expressing and validating who they are.

Recognizing how significant such a personal milestone can be, I will carefully create a ceremony which reflects your past, your journey and your future.

This can be a day of reflection, celebration and appreciation of all those close to you, who have helped you transition into your true gender.

A celebration of YOU !
